Balogun Azeez Adekunle Enitan popularly known as DragNet Omo Ogun,The Street hustler, Jack of all Trade, Weathers Never matters a.k.a CHICKEN was born on September 22ND in Lagos, Nigeria.. A native of Ogun state, the last of eight children, born to Mr. & Mrs. Balogun.
DragNet like many other boys of his age ,wanted to be a RAPPER but, his passion for R n B and uniqueness of his vocalty makes him a formidable force to reckon with among is pairs in the R n B music world
Whenever he sings, you feel the passion from his voice which pierce through your heart like an arrow of love.
DragNet has been a music fan since his Early Age due to his passion for music. It’s no surprise that numerous musicians of the 80s influenced his music; range from Michael Jackson, Kelvin Campbell, Boys11Men, New Edition, 2pac, Bobby Brown, R kelly,Sunny Ade, Ebenezer Obey and in the 90s Usher Raymond, 2face Idibia, Rasqie and lot more.
In the year 1999, he started with a group named (Early Edition), he led the group on the street,going through numerous competitions,but took them to second place at the ANCHOR BASE STREET JAMZ in the year 2004, before he left to study more about music.
The group separated in the year 2007 and DragNet Formed another group called the (Beam mutter) for two years,before he decided to pursue his career as a professional solo art in the year 2009.
The vibrant artiste (DragNet), is a singer, Music Producer,M.c and a songwriter. His vision for music gives him the zeal to go through rigourous rehearsal for 4 hours daily inorder to perfect and bring out the best in him. DragNet aim is to be a role model and to pass a good message to his fans and to represent Africa in the world
DragNet has two singles on air BINU BINU and KILO FE, He has also performed with likes of Sound sultan, Sheyman, Klever jay, Slim Joe, Side one, 2face and friends, Clint da drunk, Samklef, Jawon, Kelly da Blind, Lace,Sean tero,Zule Zoo, Asa Gangali and so many others Shows,he staged as an M.C at the NIGERIAN BREWRIES STAR gala nite, BENSON and HEDGES Golden Moments.
DragNet featured in an article in The Nation Newspaper Entertainment edition. DragNet is known for his unique Look, Tremendous Tremor Voice, Good lyrics, Classic ways of Fashion, Stage crafting, Social ways of life and all that truly qualifies a GOOD ART.
